****** interogation at an animal welfare

After receiving rude treatment from who I would later find out was an intern by the name of Gau, I simply informed another staff member there of my experience. I was told to have a seat and next thing I knew the head vet, Reuben Kotze, comes out with Gau and the two began interogating me, standing over me with arms folded and speaking over me. I was told multiple times to go to a private vet and my side of the story was never sought. During the entire ordeal I stayed calm and didn't make one rude or smart remark. When I finally said I will rather go elsewhere I was told to "please do" then followed into the parking lot and called a "coolie that drives a BMW". One of the worst experiences of my life. Please, if you love your pets, do not go near these horrible people. I took my dog who was my whole world to the SPCA later that day where she passed away. They could have helped her but instead chased us away.
