Pet Delivery rules are designed for the safety and welfare of your pet during cargo transport. Animal movers Handler is governed by the rules, regulations and mandates of the Animal Welfare Act , The AWA and the Federal Law governing scheduled Pets shipments. Your puppy is now ready to be onboard but you have to confirm the address before it takes off. There is another thing we also need for your pet to be safe and have a safe and comfortable flight and home delivery .We are sorry to inform you that, We can't use your puppy's crates to transport your puppy in for security reasons at this period, It has been evaluated by our pet specialist and confirmed with us that it is not good for the puppy to take this flight without a temperature regulator crate . So you are requested to hire or purchase it from us. Without the required crate, we are sorry, we will not handle the shipment because should anything happen to your puppy, we will be held responsible. We also have crates here at our office that can be hired. It will cost you R6200 to put your puppy onboard and as soon as it is delivered to you, You will get a refund of R6000 .We can't proceed without the

caution fee of R6200 for the Temperature Regulator crate

The Pet Control Department here in collaboration with International Pet delivery, has come up with the Partial Refundable insurance fee that will stand as a guarantee for the life of your puppy and to also make sure that you are there at the arrival time to receive the puppy and get a refund of the money back. This is because most Clients are not always at home or airport to receive their pets and some of them don't ever show up even so the management decided to come up with the refundable R6000 so that clients will be at the Airport or delivery address to get their pets and get the refund back.

Note : Your caution fee is refundable upon delivery. Only R200 will be deducted from the R6200 so you shall be getting R6000 as soon as delivery is done. Please keep an Identification paper to confirm that you are the right person to get this puppy and the refund.
