Of my entire relocation - moving my cat from Durban to Cape Town was the biggest stressor for me. One delay on the day of departure, would have cost me losing my flight leaving a stressed cat at the end of it all. Thanks to Simone's dedication, attention to detail and keeping me informed every step of the way - the entire process was seamless. Madam and myself were booked on the same flight as well.

Paperwork in order, relevant vaccine certificate in hand (very important) and flights booked, I still stressed about the timeline between dropping my cat off and making it in time to check in for my flight.

Identifying this, going beyond the call of duty, Simone arranged a door to airport transfer that included me getting a lift. Their driver Len took this request in his stride. Thanks to Len; the transfer from my cat carrier to the airline approved carrier, then checking her through the BidVest Pet Lounge to get onto the plane went seamless. Len and Simone notified me that her check-in went well and that she is ready to fly with me. Even the pilot commented on her looking quite relaxed when he did his pre-flight checks. From Durban to Cape Town - my cat was handled with absolute care and didn't show signs of being stressed.
