Wrong price followed by terrible service

Saw an item marked at a ridiculously low price and ordered 10. I then called to see if they had stock availability. They didn't and the person I spoke to advised that he will check the warehouse. I also advised that the item may have been priced I correctly and the guy confirmed this. The following week I get an email stating that the item was out of stock and that I will be refunded. It's been over a week now and despite following up several times, I got no feedback on my refund. I called in again g this afternoon and was informed.yjat the refund was only processed this morning and may take up to 10 days to appear in my account. Pathetic service and attention to customers.
