Worst service ever

So disgusted in their service. I ordered electronic ear ****s for my husband on the 30th November 2018. I was told about 2 weeks after that they had no stock and was unsure from supplier. I had already paid for them and reguested them to send when they receive stock. Since then i have heard nothing. I have phoned and emailed but still no answer. It was meant to be husband xmas gift. Then i said its fine it can be his birthday gift as his birthday is 13 january. Now we already on the 23rd of January and stillno answer or reply. Its as if they just take ur money and forget about u. So disappointed.
