Wildly bad service.

Worst online shopping experience I've had to date. I ordered and paid for an item and it took two days just for their disorganised sales staff to respond that the item is not in stock. It still remains on their website today reflecting as in stock almost two weeks later. I had to contact them three times to try find out what was happening, getting a run around each time. I eventually cancelled the order after two weeks of frustration. The same item is available elsewhere for less and with better turn around and service. Don't shop here unless you have no other alternative.
