ANIMAL GEAR
<p>I ordered and paid for an item (order number ********** 63) on the 10th February 2018, I was told due to stock taking the order would be processed end of February. Since then I have been unable to contact them on the phone as they do not answer their phones. They also have ignored the numerous mails I have sent them. the order still shows as pending on there site. BE AWARE OF ANIMAL GEAR they ignore you once they have your money.</p>
Morning Kevin, apologies for the hassle in contacting us and for the lack of feedback. We have been short staffed with the consultant you were dealing with being off ill for the past 2 weeks. Looking through the order history, your item was on backorder and has since come in to stock. We will be dispatching tomorrow and you can expect delivery Thursday.
