I placed an online order with Animal Gear for some camping equipment. On completion of the order I never received confirmation of the order, however, the payment went of my account. I sent several mails to follow up on this order but no response was received. I then made several phone calls to the phone number on the website which is a call center number, with no one actually answering any calls other that the automatized voice. I proceeded to contact the parent company, All Net Holding (PTY) LTD with regards to this issue; still no response received. It has now been more than 20 days since the order was placed, and still no order confirmations, delivery of products nor have been able to make contact with the Animal Gear or All Net Holding. After reading a review on Hello Peter about a different online commerce company with the same parent company, with similar experience, I realized that All Net Holdings and any E-commerce site linked to this parent company is *****ulent. Is their any advice out there for taking this further legally?
