took my money, no stock, no answer

I ordered an item on 16 Dec 2023, took a week for them to acknowledge my order, its now Feb 2024, I cant get hold of them, and they have blocked my whatsapp. If you read all the 5 star positive reviews on this company, they are all created by people that are active from the same date, 10 people from feb 2018, then 10 people from march 2018, then 10 people from april 2018, and so on. So the positive reviews are most likely ****, made by them, and all the 1 star reviews are most likely true. Stay away from this **** company
