Steer clear! Animal Gear takes payment for out of stock products - no refund received!

Animal Gear website advertises and accepts payment for a wide range of products that they clearly have no stock of. Once you have placed your order and paid, they then send you an email saying that they are checking for stock of the item, which inevitably they don't have. Then they will phone you to offer an 'alternative product'. I have been waiting for over a week and have still not received a refund on my transaction. Steer well clear of this website. When queried on their business practices, they say it is 'all in the small print' that they don't have the stock!
