Shocking service don't ever use them

I ordered stretchers that I needed at my holiday home. I received no email confirming the purchase. In the following week no answer to their telephone number and no response to emails. I cancelled the order and proceeded to buy new stretchers elsewhere. Two days before we will be leaving our holiday home, the beds arrived - without a mattress!!! Shocking service - completely unreliable. No one still answers their phone.
