Animal Gear advertise and accept payment for products that they do not have. Then when you try to contact them for a refund there is radio silence. I ordered a Kowa Spotting Scope and paid for it through their online portal using Payfast. Then I received an email saying from Scheneve Parkin saying "At the moment I am checking stock availability, if all your products are in stock our delivery time is roughly 7-10 business days (In the rare instance that stock is not available, I will advise on the ETA for your product and you will have an opportunity to be placed on backorder. I will also recommend an alternative that might be suitable should you not wish to wait." I have attempted at length to contact them by telephone and email without any response forthcoming. Shocker!
