Severely disappointed - buyers beware!

I will never use this online shop again. I ordered 6 items from them on 5 February 2020 after checking stock for a Kelly kettle. Two weeks later I received 1 of the items, but not the Kelly kettle for which I checked stock. I later mailed them again, asking about the Kelly kettle. A day later they shipped the Kelly kettle, but the wrong one! Their service is very poor and their communication is worse! They ignore my mails regarding delivery instructions. I am so stressed by their poor service that I wished I have never purchased these items. I am not even sure I will get the rest of my items...
