SELLING ITEMS NOT STOCKED - THEN CLOSE TO A YEAR FOR A REFUND

bought a product back in feb21. they did not have in stock they said AFTER i paid via website. issues a credit note back in feb21. still waiting for my credit, now NOV21. Contacted them and they did not get back. Tried again today and they say they will pay by EFT. Let's see. so misleading to sell something you do not have and then earn interest on my money for close to a year
