Hi Wendy, some of the items you ordered were not in stock as was communicated to you at the time. Of the 7 items that were ordered, 4 have already been delivered to you. You were made aware that the remaining 3 items (Beany, Jean, Lee) are on back order for you. You were offered the opportunity for a refund or to keep on back order. You have today requested a refund for the remaining items which is now in process.

To say you received no updates with regards to your order is simply not the case as you have been emailing us back and forth and the bulk of your order has already been delivered apart from the items that were agreed to be kept on backorder.

I were only responded to, when i asked how far the order was. How could you advertise and then you don’t have the items in stock. Mention then, that the item is “out of stock”. I received 2 t shirts and a sizer for the shotshell press. 3 items out of the 7 were received in 2 deliveries. You make it sound as if my complaint has no substance. I think - for an online shop- your service is not up to standard. Thanks in advance for the refund. I have received your email stating that the refund will be done.

Hi Wendy, thank you for your reply - agreed better updates as to progress of the order could have been better. We unfortunately don't carry stock of all the items on our site hence we do request that you confirm stock prior to checkout. This notice is right next to the Add to Cart button. We have also been trying to call without answer on your mobile.
