Refund Pending for Out of Stock Order

I placed an order on 19th of November 2018. " Did not get a response as to why the order had not been shipped and when I queried whether there was an issue with the order, I was told that the products I ordered where out of stock. I was asked how I would like to proceed and I rep**** that I would then prefer a refund. After almost a week I am still awaiting a reply/refund. I have tried to call and my calls just get dropped... Least to say, I am not impressed and will not be purchasing products there in future.
