Poor service from Animal Gear
My order (AG***6) was promised to be shipped within 8 to 10 working days. I placed the order on the 14th of September and was told by Dan van heerden that my order will take within 8 to 10 working days to be delivered on the 15th of September. Yesterday was the 10th day and after trying to follow up on my order states with Dan I am getting no reply. This was an urgent order and the Animal Gear order website made no notice of these items not being available immediately. I am very upset with Animal gear as the items purchased was required for a safari trip that we planned for this week. We will no have to go without the items. I will not recommend Animal Gear to any other online shoppers.
