Poor Service fro Animal Gear

I have ordered a jacket from Animal Gear (online shopping store). The jacket were delivered as promised, but the jacket were too big. I have contact the store. They uplifted the jacket but did not send the smaller jacket. After various discussions and promises from Garth Holmes at their sales office, the jacket was not delivered. After 2 weeks of no response I asked my money back. The service from this company is just poor and I will never order from them again. Regards,
