Poor service

I personal had very much that same experience as stated below by most complainants here . Excuses followed by Grath saying that he is going to return my call. I actually felt very threatened by dealing with animal gear. I informed the owner that I am going to report my matter to the consumer protection board, which I have ,in turn he responded by saying dont forget I have your details as well. What is that seposed to mean. Quite scary...We should be allowed to shop freely an from a reliable retailer without fearing our lives.
