poor delivery leadtime & service

I ordered and paid for a battery charger 8 days ago and despite sending email and having to call them twice , the 2nd time as they failed to call me back as promised my goods have not yet even been dispatched I am told "maybe next week" so it takes them 2 weeks to dispatch and if I'm lucky I will have this in 3 weeks after paying!
