POOR COMMUNICATION, SUDDENLY OUT OF STOCK, NO REFUND YET

Order ********** 42 was placed on 31 July after the confirmed that they had stock. It was a birthday present, needless to say I showed up at that birthday empty handed. I have send a lot of emails to follow up, eventually in October they called me and told me that they do not have stock and the supplier is waiting for leather from customs and they will get back to me in 4 weeks time. after 4 weeks when I tried to follow up, no response to any email and no answer if I call any of their numbers. It's been 5 months now. On 12 December 2018 I asked them to please refund me, and yes nothing as if yet. Today is 7 January 2019, still no answer if I call, I emailed to follow up the refund request not that I have much hope. Can't complain about the service because there is none!!
