Paid Good Money and NO Delivery, No Service, Only Frustration!

NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from Animal Gear! I Ordered some products from them on the 8th of January and phoned them to confirm stock before I paid, when they said they had stock, I paid. 4 days later I followed up as their order confirmation email said the tracking number would be emailed in 3 days. I got no response so I sent them an email and someone phoned back saying they were busy processing my order. another 4 days later I tried to follow up again... NO Response ( they also almost never answer their phone lines). Finally after another 4 days wait and no parcel or notification I sent another email demanding a refund since I had paid 12 days ago and had neither a tracking number or a delivery yet, a day later they answered saying they were packing the order ( let me remind you they said they had stock and were still packing it 13 days after payment) they agreed to EFT me the refund... after almost a full working day I finally get someone on the phone, no refund yet, they said they would do it immediately... STILL WAITING!!!!! I have all the emails on record to share
