Online Shopping Hell and ZERO Customer Service
Dear Animal Gear What's going on guys? I placed and paid for my order on 3 Nov 2018. It's now 6 Dec 2018. I am Order # ********** 033. The camping trip I prepared for has FINISHED already. I enjoyed it even without my Animal Gear! But I have heard NOTHANG back from your team about progress or delivery updates. I want to use your shop and you were recommended by a friend (some friend!) and your outdoor products look good but your Customer Service? Seriously ***? #EpicFail #SnowflakeTears #HairPulling #OnlinePain #DamnHell
