Not really impressed as a first time buyer

There are other online stores available with faster delivery times (my emphasis) and timeous feedback your order's status. I doubt I will be using Animal Gear again in the future. My experience is met with more frustration as opposed to the convenience of online shopping. Perhaps I became accustomed with the efficient service of other online stores as the reason for my dissatisfaction, however the bar is raised high and thus I expect it from all online stores.
