NO RESPONSE - THEY HAVE DISSAPEARED

I paid for my product (pool pump) 3 weeks ago using the payportal on the website.

Since then never received confirmation of payment nor confirmation of delivery date. Havent been able to reach anyone via email or contact numbers listed on the website for 3 weeks.

This is the worst experience regarding online shopping experience. To date still no one has contacted me or answered their phone.

Do not use them, its a ****!!!!!

Product finally delivered albeit late, so can atleast confirm its not a ****. Perspn that dealt with my order was friendly and provided regular updates.
