No Refund Even Though Product Ordered Is Not In Stock

Ordered a product online on the 20th of December which stated there were multiple in stock. Get a call to say the product is not in stock and supplier is closed until January. I send details for a refund. No refund given. Noone answering their phones. Emails but no actual refund nor timeframe given to fix. Disgusting customer service
