No Presure Animal Gear

Hi All

We have ordered a Karcher high-Pressure washer online on the 17th October 2018 From here it went pearshaped as we never received a call or a mail or any communication what so ever from Animal Gear regarding the delayed order and we had to call them every time to get info on this matter. I was promised numerous times that I will receive a call back from them and till today no call back was received. Yesterday morning I followed up on my order and I was adamant about my order and was promised to get a call back from Animal Gear, as they were struggling to get the good from there supplier they could not get it within 21 days the chances were they would never get. I send them an email to give them an ultimatum to call me back by 14H00 yesterday and that did not happen, I promised them I will cancel my order and I will write a review on Hello Peter and that's why you are reading this. This was an easy process to purchase one online as I do not have time to go to the shops and it was for my branch in Lydenburg. They needed it to wash the vehicles when they came back from the mines. So please check the availability and if the goods will be available for delivery before you buy online it will save you time and a lot of frustration on the end of the day. Not to informed about your order is not a nice experience, and to have to call them is not on I would say they knew about the problems and they should have contacted all the customers and explained it to them, not just wait and hope all goes away. The communication is not up to scratch and I had to call 6 times before my call was taken this morning normally it went through the first time I called.
