No delivery, no response, no answer

I placed an order with Animal Gear on 5 Dec for beach chairs. On 12 Dec I started calling but never the phone was never answered. I also emailed to ask where my delivery was as I would be leaving for holiday on the 18th.

The night before I leave for holiday I still have had no response to my email, or an update on where my shipment is. As such I have no beach chairs, and could have bought them elsewhere but have run out of time! Very frustrating indeed!
