No communication from Animal Gear.
I have ordered a product Monday 11th of May 2020 and have not received my order. I try to contact them but they do not answer the telephone. I would appreciate some communication form Animal Gear.

18 May 2020, 13:05Hi Carien, apologies for not being able to reach us. We were unable to man our call centre during the lockdown. Today is the first day back in the office and we are not taking calls in order to first clear all our backorders. Please can you reply with an order number, as I can't trace your name?
