No Communication
Only received my order after two email reminders which they never responded to. Have sent four stock inquiry emails since as I'm nervous about ordering again and not received a single reply. As an online only fulfilment company, there service and communication is terrible. Do not bother
Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the slightly longer lead-times experienced in recent weeks. We are in the process of increasing the capacity of our Order Fulfilment Team as well as Call Centre staff. We are already starting to see improved delivery times as well as quicker response times on email and telephone calls and this will continue to improve as our new staff complete their training in the next couple of days.
