I paid for an item in December 2023 which they did not have stock. They phoned me to inform me that they will get stock in January 2024. In January I emailed the Animal Gear email adress on their website and then received an email in respond (2nd January 2024) telling me that a sales person will contact me. Since then I emailed 3 times and trying to phone but still no answer. Funny thing is before I orderd on their website I did my research and found good reviews? Was it all a ****?
