Misleading information

<p>I bought a TomTom GPS watch from the website Animal Gear. The features on the website for the watch was that it can store music.</p> <p>I used the live chat and specifically ask if the watch does have music and they rep**** YES.</p> <p>I bought the watch and when I received the watch...... no music. I emailed them and this was some of the reply:</p> <p>"We had a look at this and it appears there was some misleading information on our website that has since been corrected. We can have the unit returned and the music version sent to you at a discounted price. "</p> <p>I still have to pay R 800 more to get the music version.</p> <p>They will also refund the watch, but I have spend a lot of time and energy on getting the right watch for me, can they just publish false information and get away with it? Does their terms and conditions just cover everything ? Must I just accept this?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
