Late Delivery

Before ordering the product I called to enquire as to whether they had any stock as well as how long it would take to deliver as the delivery time was the most important aspect.

On the site it specified it would take 5 working days which would have worked out perfectly had it actually taken 5 working days. It's going on 6 now, 7 if you count the day I ordered it (which I'm assuming is counted since it was an immediate payment accompanied by a proof of payment directly from the bank) and I'm going to miss the receiving window as I leave the country in less than 24 hours.

What adds salt to the wound is that I called around every second day to make sure it would make it on time, to which I was given only reassurances.

Had I known it was going to be like this I would have simply ordered from elsewhere.
