Items not received. No Explanation.

I ordered a couple of items from AnimalGear back in October, items i was really quite excited about. The day of delivery came, and only part of my order had been delivered, and the delivery invoice showed as such. I thought "okay, the other item will come a little later", and I was fine with that. A month went by, and I emailed them to to try find out "what was going on?". As it was the season of gift buying, I figured it my take them a while to get back to me, but alas, NO RESPONSE. I then let it be, and enjoyed my December holiday. When I returned, I tried to contact them again, this time by telephone. The phone would just cut off every time I tried to connect to the sales department. I emailed them again, and have been constantly trying to phone. But the phone keeps cutting off when connecting to the sales department. Its been almost 3 months since I made the order, and still no word as to what's happening. The Items I did receive are in good order, but the service has be utterly terrible.
