Incredible Service

We all use the web to find the best deal on products - Animal Gear, who I hadn't heard of before, came out as the most competitive. I won't lie, I was a little apprehensive using a company I hadn't heard of... 'What would their service be like, would I even receive the correct product' ,etc. are all thoughts that were rushing through my head.

It wasn't long before this was all put to rest - quick replies from Lenny, suggestions on alternate products, pro's, con's, everything that good service should entail. I even had my product serviced free of charge... and courier'd free of charge... just absolutely incredible service !!! I heavily doubt that there are too many companies around with this level of professionalism !
