Impossible to contact via telephone or email

I placed an order with this online store on the 8th of December and I have tried to contact the store just to find out when I can expect the delivery. I have emailed 3 times and called more than 10 times but it seems impossible to get hold of anyone. I don't know how it's possible to have an online store that does not respond to emails at all! I would never use this site again and would discourage anyone from ordering from them
