Happy, satisfied and returning customer

I ordered a trampoline and other items from Animal Gear on a Friday. On the following Monday I enquired about the delivery of my order. I received an email from Lenny van Driel asking me if I knew what I ordered was not the full trampoline but only the mat. To be honest I didn't know if it was just a mat I thought it was full trampoline. She the told me that I must respond in order to process my order. Since I realized that what I thought I ordered was not actually what I wanted I then cancelled my order. To my surprise my money was fully refunded within 48 hrs without the so-cold cancellation fees. Thank you Animal gear for being so patient and understanding with your customers bcoz another company would have just processed the order knowingly that I made a mistake just to make sales. I will definitely recommend animal gear to anyone who may want the products they sell. I will definitely be back for my full trampoline purchase
