Growing concern, no communications

I payed for an order two weeks ago, I received no confirmation email and have emailed a few times and phoned to ask about my order. No response and no answer. I know lockdown may have delayed things but why no communications ? Now that online shopping is allowed I will appreciate some communication as a matter of urgency. I am trying to go on your good reviews here and think the best of you but I am getting very worried. Contact me.
