<p>I had problems with orders I made through Takealot. After waiting 10 work days for my order, Takealot just cancelled my order without any explanation. Needless to say I were extremely upset! I decided to phone Animal Gear since they were selling the products I bought on Takealot (I contacted Takealot support, which were pretty useless). And within 1 day everything got sorted out with the help of Animal Gear, I received the items I bought, GREAT products by the way. The support from Animal Gear were great. They made me feel like a valued customer, I'm very impressed, will most definately buy from Animal Gear again. </p>
