Great online shopping experience

I bought a wakeboard online, quick delivery however they sent the wrong board. When I queried this they advised that the one I originally ordered was not available. After some discussion Animal Gear (Lenny) agreed to give me a voucher as compensation. The whole matter was resolved in a respectful manner with a positive outcome for all. I have referred all my friends to Animal Gear and I will definitely use them again. Thank You
