DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They will take your money and then ignore you.

I’ve now been waiting for more than 4 months for a order to be delivered – a order that they claimed had a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.

Timeline summary below:

2018.08.28 Order Placed and payment made. 2018.09.03 No feedback received so I contacted ********** to as for status Answer from Animal Gear that they will NOW start processing the order. This means that in the last week nothing has happened. They confirm that lead time to delivery is 5 to 10 working days. 2018.09.13 Order is due for delivery (10 days after they started processing). Good not delivered. 2018.09.17 I request update as goods still wasn’t delivered. AnimalGear confirms that goods are expected at their offices shortly and will be sent to me shortly. This means that they didn’t have stock when they confirmed delivery of 5 to 10 working days. Blatant lies. 2018.10.01 I requested another update as goods still wasn’t delivered. AnimalGear replies confirming that they don’t have stock (this was already known two weeks before) 2018.10.10 I requested feedback. No answer from AnimalGear. 2018.10.19 I again requested feedback as I still haven’t received any feedback. AnimalGear answers stating that items are still out of stock. They say they will give me an answer by the end of the day. 2018.11.06 Still no answer from AnimalGear so I contact them again asking for feedback. 2018.11.07 AnimalGear answers stating that the item is still out of stock but will be available in the next 2-4 weeks. 2018.11.22 Still no answer from AnimalGear so I contact them again asking for feedback. 2018.12.03 Still no answer from AnimalGear so I contact them again asking for feedback. 2018.12.10 Still no answer from AnimalGear so I contact them again asking for feedback. This time I ask to cancel the order and that they refund me. 2018.12.11 Still no answer from AnimalGear so I contact them again asking for feedback. 2019.01.03 Still no answer from AnimalGear so I contact them again asking for feedback.

The originally promised lead time of 5 to 10 working days has no exceeded 4 months! I've had no feedback from them in the last two months despite multiple requests for updates.
