Delivery time on order delayed without any feedback and eta promised was never reached.

We ordered items from them, they promised we would be getting it early within the next week, they then never got back to us, after following up numerous times they got back and said items may now take up to 5 weeks because they couldn't get it from the supplier.

Hi Jaco this is unfair, I suggest you take a look at your telephone records and email correspondence we were in touch with Mekyla the entire time explaining that there were colour variations, however you insisted on one colour only and we explained that this would then need to be ordered in.

With regards to the ear ****s we informed you immediately the moment we learned that the ear****s were not in stock and ETA would be 5 weeks. We do ask that you confirm stock prior to order, had you done so, we would have advised you accordingly.

Good day, Kindly find herewith your responses to our first emails, after we had a telephonic conversation: Wed 2018/03/07 10:54 AM Hello Mekyla, Thank you for your mail. I was trying to get hold of yourself and Mr Nel, I just wanted to inform you that we only have 2 green and 2 maroon Stanley one hand mugs available with us, I could get from our suppliers but this will take a while longer. Would you like me to send 2 of each, or would you like it to be 4 green ones? You can expect your orders arrival within 5 to 7 working days. I hope this is in order. The point we would like to bring across is that you notify the customer on the day you promised delivery would have taken place that you still have not got the goods. I trust you find this in order.
