definitly not a **** as they aim to resolve issues

I retract my previous review ,as the owner of the company ,John,phoned me as he had tried a few times earlier in the morning.We resolved the issues and we should get everything sorted out.Delayes where due to black friday orders and stock issues,but now all is fine.
