Buying and replacing on-line purchases

My Company ordered a retirement gift for though Animal Gear, On Line purchasing for me. There was an option to change to a different model if wanted. I did want to change and informed Animal Gear---the whole process of correspondence and returning he goods , and getting delivery of the required product, went like clockwork. All commitments were met with a spirit of cooperation and efficiency. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with Animal Gear. Thank you Bruce Field
