Bad service animal gear online shop

I ordered a jacket for my husband for his birthday from animal gear online shopping three months ago and paid the money immediatly. I enquired from Dominique Guthrie and received a email that the order was send to the warehouse and that they are strugling with a backlog. This was May month and it is August month and i have received nothing. Not even a email updating me. I understand that the companies are having dificulties in this time of covid but i am unhappy that they do not keep you updated and i mean i have paid my hard earned money for no service. I have written off my money and will never again make use of their services again
