Awful Service

It's now been five weeks since I placed my order, and I've finally given up and told them to cancel and refund me.

I placed my order on September 26th. On October 2nd I was told that they were out of stock, and that their stock would be arriving by the end of that week, if not the following week - mind you, this was after I phoned them days after placing my order. No one had the decency to contact me after I receiving my order to let me know they were out of stock.

I received no more updates, and sent mails asking for feedback on the 11th, 15th and 16th of October. I was finally responded to on the 17th to be told that they were following up with the warehouse to see if stock had arrived. No one got back to me after that.

I sent requests for updates again on the 24th and 26th of October and, after being ignored yet again, phoned them on the 29th to ask what was going on - they said they would get back to me. On the 30th they mailed me to let me know stock still hadn't arrived. I responded to ask if they knew when it might arrive - no feedback again.

I've since sent a mail requesting cancellation and a refund, which they managed to respond to and confirm on the same day.

I've never had such awful service from an online store before, nor have I ever had to spend so much time and effort following up on an order.
