Are AnimalGear ********?

I purchased the advertised Stanley 15.1l cooler from animalgear and was subsequently told the item was not available in stock and they recommended I should purchase something of the same value. I opted for a refund which was supposed to take 3-5 days according to salesperson Van Heerden. More than a week later no refund, are they ********?
