Appalling customer service and refund rejection

I am so frustrated by this company! I ordered an item that was said to be in stock on 7 Feb 24. I had a call from Petro that evening to say that it was out of stock and I could either have a refund or wait for stock. I opted for refund. She asked for banking details to send to Accounts which I then sent. I was contacted again on 13 Feb by Eve to ask for banking details again. I sent them again. It is now 15 March and I have made contact multiple times, through email and phone, and have never been answered! This is appalling for a company to ignore you like this!
