Animal Gear - Waste of my time and money (Refund please)

Do not order from these people. I placed my order on the 24/08 and paid on the same day. sent a mail on the 28/08 requiring about delivery time. Received feedback from Garth Holmes on the 30/08 stating it would take 5 to 10 working days. I sent another 2 mails regarding this on the 10th and 11/09. No response. Phoned today 13/09 to enquire, both Cape Town and JHB numbers are receiving high call volumes. When 2 is selected for orders it rings for a short while and the call drops. This happens on both numbers. They are useless getting back to anyone, yet they claim to be South Africa's favourite online shop.
