Animal Gear - poor service, no response

I ordered 10 items due for delivery by 30 Nov. I only received 1 item. I made several phone calls to both their Cape Town and Johannesburg offices, talking to a computer and got cut off after selecting an option (all options). I send an e-mail to them a week ago with no response.
